Aluminum Wheel Pant Support Brackets with stainless steel hardware. These are for 3/16" Axles and can be drilled out for 1/4". Don't get your pants ripped off, use these!

INSTALLING YOUR WHEEL PANT SUPPORT BRACKETS.
1. Mount Wheel Pant in normal Fashion.
2. Be sure to drill a 9/16 hole so the hex part of axles goes through wheel pant on gear side only.
3. Epoxy plywood to inside for support to the gear.

MOUNTING THE WHEEL PANT SUPPORT BRACKET
1. Epoxy a piece of 1/8-1/4 thick 1" x 2" piece of ply into the inside of the outer side of wheel pant.
2. Mount Axle to gear with wheel pant support bracket on end of axle.
3. Mark location of wheel pant support bracket on the plywood support.
4. Using a short marker, mark the two holes.
5. Drill two holes for 4-40 clearance.
6. To finish the job, on the outer side of the wheel pant you must counter-sink the holes to where the flat heads are flush to the wheel pant outer side.
